Can I get my work the same day?

Registration renewals processed in the morning before 11 AM will be ready for pick up after 4 PM the same day. If it is ordered after 11 AM it will be ready the following day for pick up at 4 PM.
What do I need to bring to do a registration renewal?

Proof of current insurance is required and the current registration is helpful.
Do you sell disabled parking placards and what is necessary to get one?

Yes, as long as you have the original completed form from your Doctor. We will also require a copy of your FL driver’s license. If you do not have a FL driver’s license, we will need to make a copy of your passport.
What do I need if I’m moving to FL and need a plate and registration but the vehicle is financed or a lease?

Simply call us with the following: the fax number to the title department of your finance or leasing company, your name, address, phone number, the vehicle VIN, year, make and model. We also need the ELT number (which you can get from your finance or leasing company).
What paperwork do I need to bring if I need to register a trailer that I purchased?

If it is a brand new trailer you will need the MSO/certificate of origin, a bill of sale, and your driver’s license. If it is a used trailer over 2000 pounds, bring the title and your driver’s license. If the used trailer is less than 2000 pounds, there is no title though you are required to have the original registration signed by the seller/previous owner and your driver’s license. * If the trailer was purchased out of state and either the title or the registration does not include the weight, you must take the trailer to a certified weight station and bring the original weight slip as well.
How do I register a homemade trailer that I made and has never been registered?

You must take it to a certified weight station and bring in the original weight slip and your driver’s license.
What do I need to do if my plate, registration or decal was lost or stolen?

Stop by with your driver’s license and vehicle information (VIN number). If the item was stolen you must also bring the card from the police report or the actual report itself.
Can I surrender someone else’s plate?

We require the signature of the person who owns the plate on a state form as well as a copy of the person’s driver’s license. With both of these, you can surrender the plate for them. We can provide the form to obtain their signature.
How do I order a personalized plate?

Come in and complete the request form and plan to be here for approx. 20 – 30 minutes. We also will need your current registration and driver’s license.
Can I use the previous owner’s plate on the vehicle that I just purchased?

No, you must purchase your own plate or transfer one that is in your name. Plates are not transferable from person to person.
How do I get a specialty plate?

Bring in your current registration and your driver’s license and let us know which plate you would like.
What documents do I need for an out of state title transfer?

The original title, a bill of sale, proof of insurance on that vehicle, and your Driver’s license. If there are any errors on the title we may require an affidavit. We also need to see the vehicle to complete a VIN verification.
